COLUMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS INVITATION TO BID 2026-H COURTHOUSE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION
The Board of County Commissioners (County) will receive sealed proposals in the office of Commissioners, 135 NE Hernando Avenue, Suite 203, Lake City, FL 32055, until 2:00 PM local time on THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2026 for the following:
COURTHOUSE LANDSCAPE RENOVATION
To be eligible for consideration, all proposers must be registered in the State of Florida to practice their profession at the time of proposal. Proposers without a complete proposal described will be considered improper. The Invitation to Bid information is available online only at: https://www.columbiacountyfla.com/PurchasingBids.asp
Submissions will be publicly opened in the Commissioner's Office at 2:00 PM, THURSDAY, MAY 21, 2026 or as soon thereafter as practical. Proposers are responsible for the delivery of submissions. Submissions may be withdrawn at any time prior to the opening. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids delivered in any other format other than specified in this solicitation will not be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received via email to ejones@columbiacountyfla.com no later than FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM local time. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via formal addenda. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held May 4th, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Columbia County Courthouse Patio Area - 173 NE Hernando Ave, Lake City, FL 32055. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a 5% bid bond with bid submittal, and if selected, furnish the County Manager with a performance bond, and proof liability insurance prior to commencing work. The Columbia County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to add to the contract or delete from the contract to stay within their funding capabilities.
All Proposers are advised that under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, all responses are deemed a public record and open to the public as provided for in said statute.
