City of Lauderhill seeks qualifications for security guard services.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill is seeking sealed  qualification statements for the following work as specified:

SECURITY GUARD SERVICES 
CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA 
The City of Lauderhill will be accepting sealed Statement of Qualifications up  to 1:45 P.M. EST, May 04, 2026, via IonWave  https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/ Statement of qualifications received after 1:45  P.M. will not be considered. 
The scope of services is to provide event security services on an as needed basis  for happenings at the Lauderhill Performing Arts Center (LPAC). This may  include, but is not limited to: crowd management, backstage guest list  management and enforcement, bag checks, wanding and/or management of  walk-through metal detectors, de-escalation of tense situations, requesting that  guests follow rules/leave the property as needed, etc. Shift hours/services will  be requested based on the nature of each event, the anticipated crowd size, and input from City of Lauderhill leadership, and the hours/services may be rotated  or changed depending on the facilitys needs. 
The full Statement of Work will be available on and after April 13, 2026, on  IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Vendors who obtain solicitation  documents from sources other than IonWave are advised that their solicitation  package may be incomplete. All addendums will be posted and distributed via  IonWave by the Finance/Purchasing Department. 
All proposers must register online with the City of Lauderhill at www.colvendor.com.
