City seeks qualifications for architectural services for St. George Park improvements.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lauderhill, Florida, is seeking sealed statement of qualifications for: 
RFQ NUMBER: 2026-034 
PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT  ST. GEORGE PARK  PHASE 3 
The City of Lauderhill will accept sealed statement of qualifications documentations until 10:45 A.M. EST on May 11, 2026. All statement of  qualifications must be submitted electronically via IonWave at: https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Statement of Qualifications received after  
the above date and time will not be considered. 
The City seeks statement of qualifications from qualified firms to provide professional architectural and engineering services to include civil,  
mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering, plumbing, fire protection,  consulting, cost estimating, site planning, landscape design and related services for the design and preparation of construction documents for construction improvements to include a new parking lot, multi-use football  field with lighting and grandstand seating, and a new pool at St. George Park, 3501 NW 8th Avenue and the adjacent lot, formerly the St. George Church, 850 NW 36th Terrace. The project is commonly known as Phase 3  improvements. The City of Lauderhill has commissioned a conceptual plan,  attached as Attachment A. Qualified firms will be evaluated in accordance  with the solicitation documents and selected for placement on the Citys Roster.

Solicitation documents may be examined and obtained beginning April 15,  2026, via IonWave at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net/. Vendors obtaining solicitation documents from any source other than IonWave are cautioned  that the solicitation package may be incomplete. All addenda will be issued  and disseminated by the Finance/Purchasing Department through IonWave.
