REQUEST FOR BID GENERATOR BID PACKET FOR MACCLENNY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The Baker County Sheriff’s Office Division of Emergency Management is seeking sealed proposals from qualified General or Electrical contractors to provide labor, materials, supplies, services, etc to provide and install a first-time generator set in the Macclenny Elementary School, located at 1 Wild Kitten Drive, Macclenny, Florida 32063. Copies of the RFB may be obtained from the Sheriff’s Office by emailing John.Blanchard@BakerSO.com. Sealed proposals will be received until 8:00 a.m., 06/01/2026 at the Sheriff’s Office Reception Desk located at 1 Sheriff’s Office Drive, Macclenny, Florida 32063. Proposals received after this time will not be opened or considered. Copies of the RFB may be obtained from the Sheriff’s Office by emailingJohn.Blanchard@BakerSO.com. The Baker County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any or all proposals including without limitation, the right to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals. It further reserves the right to waive any and all technicalities and informalities in the proposal process and to make an award in the best interest of the Baker County Sheriff’s Office.
