The CITY OF MELBOURNE AIRPORT AUTHORITY (MAA) is soliciting sealed BIDS for ITB 2026-0416: TERMINAL MONUMENT SIGN.
Bids will be received by the MAA at the Melbourne Orlando International Airport, One Air Terminal Parkway, Suite 220, Melbourne, FL 32901 until 3:00 PM EST, Thursday, May 7, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
A non-mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 1:00 PM EST, at 1 Air Terminal Parkway, Melbourne, FL 32901. This meeting will begin in the Board Room of Suite 220 on the 2nd floor of the Administration office in the Terminal and move to the site after bid documents review.
Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents and specifications are available on demandstar.com and myvendorlink.com. Documents may also be obtained from Summer L. Wyllie-Vitt, Procurement Manager, who may be contacted at 321-723-6227 x163 or by email at
