15-26-AIR, Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Navigational Aid Systems on Runways 7, 25, and 29 The City of New Smyrna Beach is seeking sealed bids from qualified and licensed Contractors for construction of the Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) Navigational Aid Systems on Runways 7, 25, and 29 project at the New Smyrna Beach Airport. This project will be partially funded by FDOT, FAA and the New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport through local funds.
