NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR 
RFP26-0203 - ARBORIST CONSULTING, TREE REMOVAL AND PRUNING SERVICES
The City of Orlando, Florida, will receive electronic sealed Proposals through the Procurement and  Contracts Division for - RFP26-0203  Arborist Consulting, Tree Removal and Pruning Services on  Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time at which time Proposals will be virtually and publicly  read. Instructions on how to electronically submit your Proposals are in the Proposal documents. 
The release date is Monday, April 20, 2026. 
Proposers interested in submitting a Proposal may download all documents from the Citys OpenGov  website at: https://procurement.opengov.com/login 
A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will  be held via MS Teams, the call number is 1-321-247-7568, Conference ID: 804 907 852#, make sure to  press the # key after entering the id number.
