INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF CITY OF ORLANDO OWNED REAL PROPERTY IN DOWNTOWN ORLANDO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA PURSUANT TO SECTION 163.380(3)(A), FLORIDA STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE INTENTION OF THE CITY OF ORLANDO (CITY) AND THE CITYS COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS LOCATED WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN ORLANDO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AREA.
