Request for Proposals RFP26-040 - Utilities Rate, Financial Planning, and Organizational Services Until 2:00:00 p.m. (local) on May 18, 2026, the City of Pompano Beach (City) will receive sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) from vendors to provide Utilities Rate, Financial Planning, and Organizational Services. RFPs must be submitted electronically through the eBid System on or before the due date and time. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified herein will not be considered. Any uncertainty regarding the time a proposal is received will be resolved against the Proposer. Proposers must be registered on the Citys eBid System to view the solicitation documents and respond to this solicitation. The solicitation documents can be downloaded for free from the eBid System as a PDF at: https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net. The City is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any documentation the Proposer receives from any source other than the eBid System. The proposer is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. A list of Proposers will be read aloud in a public forum.
