Indian River Press Journal Date Advertised: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA NOTICE TO BIDDERS 26-15-ITB CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program for One (1) Single-Family Home Unit NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sebastian is requesting Bids from qualifiedand well-established housing rehabilitation Contractors to provide rehabilitation for one(1) single-family home unit under its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)Housing Rehabilitation Program. This project is funded through the Federal Departmentof Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Community Development BlockGrant (CDBG). The Contractor must have an active DUNS number, and all aspects of theproject must conform to U.S. HUD standards. No Contractor or subcontractor may submita bid, or participate in the work, if they are ineligible to participate in Federal or statefunded contracts.
