REQUEST FOR BIDS #26017 2026 HISTORIC DOWNTOWN PARKING FACILITY REHABILITATION PROJECT The City of St. Augustine is soliciting for qualified Contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment andsupervision required to perform repairs and waterproofing in the Historic Downtown Parking Facility located at1 Cordova Street, St. Augustine, Florida 32084 per the specifications and construction drawings. Electronic Submissions may be submitted only through the Citys OpenGov portal athttps://procurement.opengov.com/portal/staugustine. Sealed Responses may be submitted to the GeneralServices Department; Lobby D, 4th Floor, City Hall; 75 King Street; St. Augustine, Florida 32084. All bidsmust be submitted by 2:00 PM EST on May 27, 2026. No facsimile responses will be accepted. Any responsessubmitted after the time and date for receipt of responses will be rejected and/or returned unopened. Responseswill be publicly opened and read aloud promptly at 2:00 PM EST.
