BANNON LAKES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO OPEN RFP RESPONSES Notice is hereby given that Bannon Lakes Community Development District (District) will accept proposals from all qualified companies interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services. The project manual (Project Manual) will be available beginning May 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (EST). Please contact Katelyn Beach, District Recording Secretary, at kbeach@gmsnf.com for the project manual. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 14, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Districts Amenity Center. Failure to attend will preclude the Districts consideration of a proposal submitted by a non-attending proposer. In order to submit a proposal, each proposer must (1) be authorized to do business in Florida, (2) hold all required state and federal licenses, including those with St. John County, in good standing; and (3) have at least three (3) years experience with similar in size landscape maintenance projects. All proposers should acquire a copy of the Project Manual prior to the mandatory pre-proposal meeting. Firms desiring to submit proposals must submit six (6) hard copies of the required proposal and one (1) Adobe PDF file on a flash drive, by hand delivery, UPS or FEDEX ONLY, no later than 1:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, June 8, 2026, to the District Manager, c/o Governmental Management Services LLC, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092 (District Managers Office). Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package, shall bear the name of the proposer on the outside of the package and shall clearly identify the project as Bannon Lakes Community Development District - Landscape and Irrigation Maintenance Services Proposal. All proposals will be publicly opened at 1:05 p.m. (EST) on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the District Managers Office. No official action will be taken at this meeting, it is held for the limited purpose of opening the proposals. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. Any person requiring special accommodations at this meeting should contact the District Managers Office at (904) 940-5850 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 1-800-955-8770, for aid in contacting the District Managers Office.
