TIME AND DATE DUE: 4 copies and an electronic/digital version on a flash/jump drive of the bid must be received no later than May 26, 2026, by 11:00 a.m., EST. Responses must be labeled NW 3 rd Avenue Drainage Improvements Project ITB # 2026-04 and shall be delivered to the following address:
