Advertisement for Invitation for Bids (IFB) Invitation to submit bids for Modular Home Site Preparation & Installation Invitations for Bid 2026-02 Pasco County Case Number: 26-8002 Scope of Work: The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Dade City, Florida is requesting bids to provide modular home site preparation & installation for the PCHA property located at: 7331 Jason Dr. Zephyrhills, FL 33541 Proposed Schedule: May 1, 2026 -Issue Invitation for bid June 2, 2026 at 8:30am Mandatory pre-bid conference at 7331 Jason Dr. Zephyrhills, FL 33541 June 16, 2026 by 4:00pm EST -Question deadline, all questions should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. All questions will be responded to with an addendum to this solicitation. July 2, 2026 Sealed Bids will be received at the Pasco County Community Development Office 8610 Galen Wilson Blvd. Port Richey, FL 34668 no later than 10:00am (EST). Responses will be held in confidence and not released to public review until after final award is made. No responses will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. EST. Copies of the IFB packet may be downloaded from: https://pascocountyhousing.org/ click on procurement or by emailing procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. PCHA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS IF SUCH ACTION IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL INFORMALITIES AND MINOR IRREGULARITIES.
