PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) RFQ #26-001 PROJECT MANAGER – OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES THE NEW LAKE BUTLER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The Union County School Board is requesting sealed qualifications from qualified firms to provide Project Manager – Owner’s Representative Services for the new Lake Butler Elementary School project. The contract will be awarded for a term of two (2) years, or the completion of the project from the date of the award by Union County School Board (UCSB). Sealed proposals must be received no later than March 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM (EST). The requirements for the RFQ are located at the following web address: union.k12.fl.us. Proposals shall be sealed and clearly marked: “RFQ #26-001 – Project Manager Owner’s Representative Services – Lake Butler Elementary School” Deliver to: Union County School Board Attn: Director of Finance 55 SW 6th Street Lake Butler, FL 32054 The responsibility for timely submission rests solely with the Proposer. The Union County School Board is not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service or any other delivery service. Late submissions will not be accepted.
