RJE Building Modernization – Phase III
 Concerned Citizens of Bradford County, Inc. (CCBC) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, Florida-licensed General Contractors for construction services related to the RJE Building Modernization – Phase III Project located at 1050 Pine Street, Starke, Florida 32091. Estimated construction budget: approximately $850,000. The project includes interior and exterior modernization, including electrical upgrades, HVAC installation, roofing improvements, restroom renovations, flooring, painting, and related site work. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND SITE VISIT will be held on: March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST Location: RJE Complex, 1080 Pine Street, Starke, Florida.  Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for proposal responsiveness. Sealed proposals must be received no later than:  April 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST.
