NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT
To: NORTHGATE AUTO SALES LLC, and
MILOS KOZAROV
Case No: 129481
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued an Administrative Complaint against you for an Order to Cease and Desist, and other sanctions provided by Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. You have the right to request a hearing pursuant to Sections 120.569, and 120.57, Florida Statutes, by mailing a request for same to Agency Clerk, Office of Financial Regulation, Post Office Box 8050, Tallahassee, FL 32314-8050. If a request for hearing is not received within 21 days from the date of the last publication, the right to a hearing in this matter will be waived and the Office of Financial Regulation will dispose of this cause in accordance with law.
