NOTICE OF TRUST Decedent ROBERT FRANCIS VAN EPPS, a resident of BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, who died on December 12, 2025, was the grantor of a trust entitled: ROBERT F. VAN EPPS REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D November 18, 2020, which is a trust described in Florida Statutes Section 733.707(3) and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent’s estate and enforceable claims of the decedenfs creditors to the extent the decedent’s estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Flo1ida Statutes Section 733.607(2).
