NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the Estate of ANNA R WELLS, deceased, whose date of death was DECEMBER 26. 2024 , is pending in the Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 201 S.E. 6th Street, Room 03150, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The names and addresses of the Personal Representatives and thePersonal Representatives’ attorney are set forth below. A Personal Representative or Curator has no duty to discover whether any property held at the time of the decedent’s death by the decedent or the decedent’s surviving spouse is property to which the Florida Uniform Disposition of Community Property Rights at Death Act as described in sections 732.216-732.228, Florida Statutes, applies, or may apply, unless a written demand is made by a cred itor as specified under section 732.2211, Florida Statutes.
