Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure filed the 28th day of January, 2026, and entered in case No. 25-CC-1815 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TERRACE I AT THE NATIONAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and PABLO ARMANDO HOYOS GOMEZ and LILIET B.
