UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING 2, SAVANNAH TRACE I, CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 16, AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4399, PAGE 964, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ALL THE TENEMENTS, HEREDITAMENTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING OR IN ANYWISE APPERTAINING.
