LANDSCAPING. - OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE; ESTABLISHING PART 7.06.05. PROTECTION AND REGULATION OF TREES; REPEALING CHAPTER 100. TREES FROM THE CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, CONFLICT SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION INTO THE CODE AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
