CHYRL WOOLLEY A/K/A CHYRL J. WOOLLEY, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, will on March 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Polk County, Florida, to wit: LOT 18, FOXWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 39 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
