SKIPPER, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on March 10, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via online auction site at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit: The South 64.37 feet of Lots 1 and 2, and all of Lot 3, Block H, HIGHLAND CREST, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 39, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
