NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION FILE No.: 2023 CP 001271 NC IN RE: ESTATE OF JOHN MONTEFORTE, Deceased The administration of the estate of JOHN MONTEFORTE, deceased, File No. 2023-CP- 001271-NC, is pending in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the Judge Lynn N. Silvertooth Judicial Center, 2002 Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, Florida 34237. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below.
