DOB: 11/13/2024, MINOR CHILD NOTICE OF ACTION TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS TO: Justin Huseman, address unknown YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following child for adoption: J.T. born on 11/13/2024.
