0131 SACRN CCVAB APPLICATION Veterans Services Advisory Board Seeking Applications The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is seeking applications for one (2) position on the Veterans Services Advisory Board. This Advisory Board is seeking a qualified member for terms that will begin on April 1, 2026, and last two years. Eligible applicants must be a Veteran of a war time era as defined by the Federal Department of Veterans Affairs, have a recommendation by a local veteran organization, and be appointed by the BOCC. The Veteran Services Advisory Board meets the second Thursday of every other month at the Citrus County Resource Center, located at 2804 W Marc Knighton Court in Lecanto. The purpose of this Board is to advise the Veterans Service Officer on the unmet needs, policies, services, and all other pertinent matters as it relates to veterans services.
