Thereby; I let you know by Constructive Service that the UD suit filed against you and the Seminole County Sheriff served you by personal service is now being sent as we speak to Seminole County Clerk of Court 18th Judicial Circuit Circuit Civil for an Ejectment. Change of Venue to Ejectment. You are being served now by Constructive Service April 22nd, April 29th, May 6th, and May 13th, 2026. You have 20 days from May 13th 2026 to respond lest a motion for default judgment will be filed and then a judgment for default will be entered and a writ of possession will be filed with the Seminole County Sheriff Department.
