KYRSTEN ANNE MORAN Co-Defendant, LOGAN MICHAEL JOHNS Co-Defendant TO: LOGAN MICHAEL JOHNS TAKE NOTICE that a pleading seeking relief agains you has been filled n the Caldwell County Clerk's Office in the above titled action. The nature of such relief sought against you is as follows: Plaintiff's request for primary physical custody and legal custody of the Co-Defendants' minor child, and emergency ex-parte custody and for other relief sought by the Plaintiff's Complaint filed on the 25th day of February, 2026.
