YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Florida, Department of Children and Families, has filed a Petition to terminate your parental rights and permanently commit the following child for adoption; S.L.L. born on 2/21/2012. You are hereby commanded to appear on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 8:30 AM before the Honorable Melissa Gravitt at the Polk Courthouse, 255 N. Broadway Avenue Courtroom 5C Bartow, Florida 33830, for an ADVISORY HEARING.
