Jones, II, Esquire, Plaintiff's Attorney, of the law firm of Jones, Haber & Rollings, whose address is 1633 SE 47th Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida 33904 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court on or before Feb 02, 2026; otherwise the allegations of the Complaint will be taken as confessed.
