YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet the title on the following real property in Wakulla County, Florida:
Commence at a point marking the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Lot 59 of the Hartsfield survey of Lands in Wakulla County, Florida, also being the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Lot 54 of the Hartsfield survey of Lands in Wakulla County, Florida, thence run North 16 degrees 59 minutes 01 seconds West 347.28 feet to an iron pipe lying on the East boundary of said Lot 59 (as monumented), said point marking the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run North 17 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds West along said East boundary (as monumented) 1,068.51 feet to an iron pipe, lying on the Southerly right of way boundary of Shadeville Road/ State Road No. 61; thence leaving said East boundary run South 69 degrees 59 minutes 46 seconds West along said Southerly right of way boundary 431.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence leaving said Southerly right of way boundary run South 04 degrees 13 minutes 33 seconds West 1,125.98 feet to an iron pipe; thence run North 72 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds East 841.58 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above said parcel being those same lands as described in Official Records Book 162, Page 760 of the Public Records of Wakulla County, Florida.
