Lauderdale, FL 33301 2715 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Ste 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33306 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to recover your payment obligations for failure to pay amounts due under an agreement with Plaintiff has been filed against you in Palm Beach County, Florida Circuit Court and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Miles A. Archabal, Esq., (305) 347-5290, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 200 S. Biscayne Blvd., Suite 1650, Miami, Florida 33131, on or before June 29, 2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
