LoBianco, Esquire. of The Douglas Law Firm, whose address is 117 N. 2nd Street, Palatka, Florida 32177, on or before April 16, 2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Duval County Courthouse 501 West Adams Street, Jacksonville 32202, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, including a dissolution of marriage, adjudication of any support provisions, disestablishment of paternity, and/or an order distributing the assets and liabilities accrued during your marriage with Petitioner.
