WATERS, SHERIFF OF DUVAL COUNTY, PLAINTIFF vs. TRAESHAWN TARHES STALWORTH, CLAIMANT(S) NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT TO: ALL PERSONS CLAIMING A SECURITY OR OTHER INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY The above-described property was seized pursuant to the provisions of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act, Florida Statutes, sections 932.701-.707, by the Jacksonville Sheriffs Office on March 20, 2026, at or in the vicinity of Duval County, Florida.
