CASE NO. 25-JA-23 NOTICE OF HEARING TO: Jeffrey LaBrie, Father Jennifer Hyatt and/or LaBrie, Mother Last Known Address: 9838 SW 51 st Ct, Unknown Ocala, FL 34476 You are hereby notified of the above styled action pending in the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia, that can result in the permanent termination of your parental, custodial and/or guardianship rights. Every child, parent, custodian and/or guardian has a right to counsel at every stage in this proceeding. This case is scheduled for an adjudicatory hearing before the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia, on May 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m .
