Sims Jr. NOTICE OF ACTION YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act has been filed by the Orange County Sheriff's Office on the following property in Orange County, FL: seized on or about the 9 day of January 2026, at or near 720 Spring West Rd. #L203, Orlando, Orange County, Florida. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Assistant General Counsel for the Orange County Sheriff's Office, Legal Services, P.O. Box 1440, Orlando, Florida 32802, within 30 days of this publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition for Final Judgment of Forfeiture.
