YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and Proposed Adoption has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Teodoro Maldonado Ramirez, whose address is 201 W. Marion Avenue, Suite 1206, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 on or before 5/18/2026, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Charlotte County Courthouse, 350 East Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950, before service on Petitioners or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition. Additionally, FAILURE TO APPEAR AT THE ADVISORY HEARING CONSTITUTES CONSENT TO THE TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS OF THIS CHILD.
