Commence at the NE Corner of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 23, T2N, R4W and run West 115.0 feet; thence run S00°06'E, 127.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence run S00°06'E, 30.0 feet; thence run West, 202.01 feet; thence run S00°06'E, 163.65 feet; thence run West, 193.65 feet; thence run N00°6'W, 193.65 feet; thence run East, 395.66 feet to the point of Beginning.
Said parcel of land is subject to existing roadway along the East 30.0 feet. Said parcel is also subject to a joint dirt drive across the NE corner.
