<p>NOTICE OF ACTION<br /> IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE<br /> SECOND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND<br /> FOR LEON COUNTY, FLORIDA.<br /> CASE NO. 2025 CA 000964<br /> HOTEC INVESTMENTS, LLC<br /> Plaintiff,<br /> vs.<br /> TAMARICK VANOVER,<br /> Defendant.</p> <p>To: Tamarick Vanover, 8428 Monte Lane, Tallahassee, FL 32305</p> <p>Notice of Action on a Judgment entered in the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia on May 28, 2021. Hotec Investments, LLC, Plaintiff, seeks a new and independent judgment which will facilitate the ultimate goal of securing satisfaction of the above-referenced Fairfax County, Virginia, judgment.</p> <p>YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action on the above-referenced judgment has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on H. Keith Thomerson, Esq., 822 A1A North, Suite 107, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082, within twenty-eight (28) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of Court at 301 S.
