COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS THE SUPERIOR COURT Barnstable County 3195 Main St, Barnstable, MA 02630 NOTICE OF PENDING ACTION TO QUIET TITLE PURSUANT TO M.G.L. c. 240, SEC. 7 AND NOTICE OF TAKING BY ADVERSE POSSESSION PURSUANT TO M.G.L. c. 260 Docket No. 2572CV00459 TO: THE HEIRS OF JAMES LINDY MESSER, whose last known address was 8307 Brien Green Way, Tampa, Florida 33637, and who died November 2, 2025 in Tampa Florida. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Celeste M. Ulrich, Trustee of the Celeste M. Ulrich Revocable Trust, record owner of certain real property located at 183 Airline Road, South Dennis, Massachusetts 02660, and more specifically, the narrow, one-acre rectangular parcel that crosses over the middle of Lot 1, which lot is shown on a plan recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 596, Page 27, and which rectangular parcel is shown on the Cape and Vineyard Electric Company plan recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 139, Page 47, which is shown and designated Heirs of Nathan F. Sears, has hereby filed a Complaint to Quiet Title pursuant to M.G.L. c. 240, sec. 6 and adverse possession pursuant to M.G.L. c. 260 which may affect the rights and interests of other individuals with a purported interest in the property.
