NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION - SJRWMD The St. Johns River Water Management District (District) gives notice of its agency action of issuing an Environmental Resource Permit and authorization to use Sovereign Submerged Lands to: Applicant: Montverde Landco LLC 2 N. Tamiami Trail, Suite 800, Sarasota, Florida 34236 Project Name: Montverde Single Family with Docks Project Number: [ERP Application/Permit No.] 205109-3 Project Location: Montverde, Lake County, Florida Receiving Waterbody: Lake Apopka The District's action is to issue an Environmental Resource Permit authorizing construction of stormwater management facilities for a 95.24-acre project and authorization to use Sovereign Submerged Lands in the form of Letter of Consent for 28 single family docks and one community dock known as Montverde Single Family with Docks. A copy of the permit and staff report may be obtained by submitting a public records request to the District at publicrecords@sjrwmd.com or by calling (386) 329-4500. RIGHTS TO REQUEST AN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING Persons whose substantial interests are affected by the District's action may petition for an administrative hearing. A petition for an administrative hearing must be filed with the District's Clerk at: St. Johns River Water Management District Attn: Clerk of the District 4049 Reid Street Palatka, FL 32177 A petition must be received by the District within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice. A petition must comply with Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, and Chapter 28-106, Florida Administrative Code, and must include: 1. The name and address of the petitioner 2. The name and address of the petitioner's representative, if any 3. An explanation of how the petitioner's substantial interests are or will be affected 4.
