Lot 4, Less the South 10 feet thereof, and that part of Lot 3 bounded and described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of said Lot 4, run South 6039'50" West along the Northwesterly line of Lot 5 a distance of 55 feet to an iron pin, thence continue along said line to the waters of Lake Ella, thence return to the point of beginning, run North along the West line of said Lot 4, a distance of 20 feet, thence South 6039'50" West, parallel to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 5, to the waters of said Lake Ella, thence Southeasterly along and with the waters of said lake to intersect first line; all according to the plat of Wingfield Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 12, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
