PUBLIC HEARING (S) ON PROPOSED ENACTMENT ORDINANCE(S) The City Commission of the City of Daytona Beach will meet and hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Commission Chambers, Room 290, City Hall, 301 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida. The proposed Ordinance(s) listed by title below will be considered for final adoption. The public may inspect the proposed Ordinance(s) at the City Clerk's Office, Room 210, City Hall, 301 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinance(s). Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure, at his/her own expense, the taking and preparation of a verbatim record of all testimony and evidence of the proceeding upon which the appeal is to be based.
