Date of Notice: January 23, 2026, and February 6, 2026

SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Con-struction Services for 1st Floor Service Building Insulation Re-placement (Bid No. PROJ-26-028)
SUMMARY: Halifax Health is re-questing bid responses from qualified contractors to perform insulation replacement and associated construction activities on the first floor of the Service Building. A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire.
RESPONSES: Contractors with de-monstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning January 23, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire. All questions must be received no later than 12:00PM EST on February 10, 2026, and will be answered via Addendum.
All bid responses must be submitted electronically via the Procurement portal on Bonfire with no ex-ceptions. All final bids are due by 12:00PM EST on February, 2026. The conditions contained in the bid instructions will be binding upon each bidder.
