File Number: 2025-CP-000688 Division: D NOTICE TO CREDITORS The administration of the estate of Jeffery Scott Pinyon, deceased, whose date of death was October 1, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Santa Rosa County, Florida, Probate Division, File Number (2025-CP-000688), the address of which is the Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court, 4025 Avalon Blvd., Milton, FL 32583.The name and address of the personal representative and the personal representative’s attorney are set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons, who have claims or demands against decedents estate, including unmatured, contingent or un-liquidated claims, and who have been served a copy of this notice, must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE (3) MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO THEM.
