Probate IN THE CIRCUIT COURT, FOURTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR NASSAU COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NO.: 2025-CP-000067 DIVISION: A IN RE THE ESTATE OF THOMAS VIRGIL BEASLEY, Deceased NOTICE TO CREDITORS REGARDING FORMAL ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE The administration of the estate of Thomas Virgil Beasley, deceased, whose date of death was July 14, 2024, is pending in the Circuit Court for Nassau County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Nassau County Judicial Annex, Clerk of Court, Probate Division, 76347 Veterans Way, Yulee, FL 32097. The name and address of the attorney for the Personal Representative is set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having a claim or demands against the decedents estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE, ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
