NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 002830, of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and TORI KELLY A/K/A TORI BONITA KELLY, SPOUSE OF TORI KELLY A/K/A TORI BONITA KELLY AND TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.  J. K. Jess Irby as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.alachua.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 14th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 59, Northwood Pines, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book H, Page 90, Public Records of Alachua County, Florida.
