These proceedings were initiated in the Eighth Judicial County Court in and for Alachua County, FL, Campus USA Credit Union v. Kendall L. Kroger, etc., et al. Case No. 01-2025-CC-006324 on November 17, 2025.
The real property at issue in this action is described as follows:


LOT 12, NAPIER ESTATE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK E, PAGE 16, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
