IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA CASE NUMBER: 2026-CA-001516-O DIVISION NUMBER: 48 IN RE: FORFEITURE OF $2,160.00 IN U.S. CURRENCY/ NOTICE OF FORFEITURE COMPLAINT TO: PRESSNER FELICIEN JR. 12057 RYEGRASS TRAIL ORLANDO, FL 32824 and all others who claim an interest in $2,160.00 in U.S. Currency, which was seized on or about the 29 th day of December, 2025, at or near the intersection of Cross Creek Drive and Rivertree Circle, in Orange County, Florida. Said property is in the custody of the Sheriff of Orange County. A Complaint for forfeiture has been filed in the above-styled Court.
